Emei Township in Hsinchu County is a quaint rural town nestled in rolling hills. Home to a predominantly Hakka population, this peaceful agricultural community exudes a down-to-earth charm. Pingtung Taiwan Cacao Fest is held here to promote Taiwanese chocolate. There are also many bicycle paths in Wanluan for visitors to tour around and get to know Wanluan on bikes.
Fenglin Town is located between the Central Mountain range and the Coastal Mountains.
