Located next to Fuyuan Station, the building originally served as a Taiwan Railways warehouse. The community has since transformed it into a cultural hall that preserves rural artifacts and old plaques from Baoan Temple. The hall documents the history of Bazai Village, which includes Fuyuan, Fumin, and Fuxing, recognized as one of the earliest developed areas in the Huadong region. It also serves as a gathering place for the community. Inside, visitors will find ceramic tile artworks created by local elders depicting village life, along with performances by the Qian Sui Choir, a group dedicated to preserving traditional Hakka songs. Through the cultural hall, travelers can book guided tours and participate in hands-on rural craft activities to experience Hakka arts, culture, and traditions firsthand.
