Hakka cuisine makes its five-star debut as the Hakka Affairs Council partners with Regent Taipei to unveil eight innovative dishes that blend tradition with creativity. The creativity and expertise of “Ha Food” have formed a positive cycle of cultural industry upgrading. Whether it is transforming Pengfeng tea into a champagne-style beverage, pairing dried persimmon salad with kumquat dressing, or turning preserved mustard greens into a hamburger patty, each dish is crafted with remarkable ingenuity, allowing Hakka culture to reach further and enter more people's daily lives.
These Hakka-inspired creations are available from now through August 31, 2025, at the Brasserie buffet restaurant of Regent Taipei during both lunch and dinner on weekdays and weekends.
