Dongfang Meiren (oriental beauty) tea
Oriental Beauty Tea is an insect tea produced from leaves bitten by the tea jassid. The bitten tea buds develop a unique aroma of ripe fruit and honey. The tea is smooth and not bitter, making the taste unforgettably good.
Ciba (rice cake)
The white and chubby freshly steamed ciba is kneaded into balls and rolled in a large plate of peanut powder or sesame powder until fully covered. This sight is so appetizing that you will have one bite after another of this soft and bouncy dessert.
Radish cake
Grind long-grain rice with water into a pulp, add shredded radish and a little salt, and steam it on wood fire for more than 6 hours. The dense and bouncy radish cake is the simplest good flavor from the past.
Tankan oranges
Emei is highly suitable for growing tankans - a sweet, plump, and juicy orange. Whether eaten directly or juiced, the sweet and tart flavor is mouth-watering.
