Good
Gaoshu Daluguan is located at the foot of Dawu Mountain, close to the Sandimen, Auba, Saijia and other tribes. It was originally the hometown of the Paiwan and Pingpu people. In the early years of Qing Emperor Qianlong (1735-1796) Hakka settlers reclaimed land and established "Dongzhen House," forming the most traditional Hakka settlement in north Pingtung.
It is full of unique historical sites and culture, with three stone lions that are the only ones of their kind in Taiwan, the quaint red brick courtyard of Chung Li-he’s former residence, delicious Hakka sticky rice balls, DIY cocoa drinks, and the spectacular scenery of Dajin Waterfall. Visitors can roam leisurely among the tall trees and countryside and experience the unique charm of Daluguan.
